By default, all predicted dsRNA structures are shown regardless of confidence level. Click on dsRNAs in the "All dsRNA GFF3" track to view details and links to forna for RNA secondary structure visualization.
Use track selection on top right to select high confidence dsRNAs which are predicted to form in an annotated gene transcript and classified as likely edited based on machine learning classification.
The colors indicate strand orientation: blue for forward strand and red for reverse strand.
